We are a full service Baby Lock sales and service center. We have access to all Baby Lock factory parts and accessories. If we don't have it in the store (we are limited by space for a full inventory of parts and accessories), we can get what you need within a matter of days. John performs all service work on-site which means a quick turnaround on getting your baby back! The pricing structure for servicing is as follows:
| $95 Tier 1: | Basic cleaning (clean, lubricate, check bobbin& upper tensions) |
| $125 Tier 2: | Basic Cleaning + inspection of all electrical and mechanical settings, adjust as necessary; check belts and bobbin winder system and minor repairs. |
| $145 Tier 3: | Includes Tier 2 work plus any requested repairs. Covers labor for replacement of min warranty and non-warranty parts. **Final pricing may vary depending on how extensive the repair. Customer will be contacted after initial repair evaluation and prior to work being completed. |
Scissor Sharpening
On-site scissor sharpening is available and often while you wait! The cost is $7 for large and $5 for small. No serrated edges, please.
